Job Context:

The impact of MIS on the functions is in its management with a good MIS supports the management of  sales & marketing, finance, production and logistics becomes more efficient. This position is mainly responsible for developing the system / reports required by management which   helps them evaluate their business' daily activities or problem-solving, decision-making, and track progress.

  • To prepare daily report unit wise sales / application wise sales / revenue / NSR /comparison of performance  / receivables / pending orders / stock gradewise & Unit wise etc
  • Discuss frequently with customer support for their needs on data required
  • Sales team is always in the field so provide them reports through qlik view for their easy reference 
  • Discuss with Zonal head regularly for any addition / revision required in data analytics 
  • Help in making presentations to Zonal head for his review with senior management with detailed data required          
   
• Payment follow up 
  
  • Take  dealers & customers information like contacts / email ID  from Customer support
  • Activating portal services APP  to approved dealers / customers
  • Train customer support / sales team  about about dispatches / invoice / receivables / S.O pending 
  • Review with Sales & customer suppot          team frequently
  • Review with Zonal Head on payments  and provide analysis to the zonal team
  •   
• Sales team online visit reports APP  
  • Prompt Information to Zonal Head for taking action on priority  
  • Monitoring sales team activities
  • Easy format and time saving of sales team
   
  • Install sales visit reports app on each sales person s mobile
  • Train sales team on use of this app
  • Daily visit reports udated in app to be auto sent by email to Zonal head for his reference and taking action
  • Review with Zonal head and prepare summary report as required 
   
• Collate secondary research data 
  • Collate secondary research data received from the zonal sales team, secondary research about the competition, new market/product identification and present to the zonal sales team
  • Analyze and present the data to the respective sales team
• Other projects
  • Be spoc for any new projects implementation in the DCA sales and marketing team e.g NPS, launching of new application, etc

Qualification: MBA in Marketing/ Masters in Marketing Management
