Brand Manager @ Executive Search

Job Description

• The incumbent will own end-to-end ideation and execution of campaigns for our fandom licenses, brand personality activations, sale executions, and ad-hoc marketing opportunities. 
• In this role, the person will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. 
• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and regular content, including social media, influencer partnerships, events, and promotions, to effectively communicate the brand's identity and values.
• Gain leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of brand marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and business teams, to align brand marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 
• Foster relationships with external partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and drive collaborations that align with the company's vision. 
• Coordinate with third party agencies / freelancers for content, performance marketing and any other ideations 
• High bias for action, with the judgment and drive to get things done and operate in a fast changing environment.
• Operational discipline to manage multiple moving parts and multiple stakeholders. 
• A learning mindset to keep absorbing and questioning the why behind decisions and processes. 
• A coaching mindset to ensure the team keeps upskilling through conversations and osmosis
