The incumbent will own end-to-end ideation and execution of campaigns for our fandom licenses, brand personality activations, sale executions, and ad-hoc marketing opportunities.
In this role, the person will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales.
Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and regular content, including social media, influencer partnerships, events, and promotions, to effectively communicate the brand's identity and values.
Gain leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of brand marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and business teams, to align brand marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Foster relationships with external partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and drive collaborations that align with the company's vision.
Coordinate with third party agencies / freelancers for content, performance marketing and any other ideations
