Job Description

We are hiring for Automation engineer for one of the leading manufacturing company in Automation industry.

Position- Automation Engineer
Experience- 3yrs - 7yrs
Location- Tathawade, Pune(WFO)
Time- 8.30AM- 5.45PM(1st &3rd Saturday will be off)

Requirement for the Job:
*Knowledge of PLC & SCADA Programming is must.
*Knowledge of Programming languages like Ladder, FBD, Structured Test, is an essential quality
*Hand on experience with working of different Automation Brands is a must. Candidate should have
enough exposure with Siemens TIA Portal, Siemens Step 7, Siemens WinCC, Delta DOP-Soft,
Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley etc.
*Experience of hardware designing of Automation software & appropriate selection of PLC's, memory
calculation, data logging, SQL management, Report Generation etc are preferred
*Working on EOL machine, Vision Inspection, Servo System is preferred.
*Knowledge about Laser Marking, Scanner, Printer is must. *Knowledge of Pneumatic system,
Hydraulic System, Different communication protocol is must.
*Applicant should have sound knowledge of designing of control panels, MCC panels, Automation
Panels Etc.
*Applicant should know electrical concepts of Power & Control wiring, electrical drawings etc.
*Should be independently able to create documents such as IO List, BOM, GA Drawings, Cable
Scheduling etc.
*Testing & Fault finding of control panel, PLC Logic, SCADA development is an essential quality
*Knowledge of DCS, Instrumentation, Sensors & its selections, valves, field devices selections,
networking, AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
