Brief:

As a Social Care Executive, youll be responsible for evaluation of customer

queries/complaints, timely/ effective response management, and partnership with cross-

functional teams to resolve issues across our social platforms. This role requires work from

office and candidates should be willing to work across all shifts (24x7 support process).

 

Roles && responsibilities

Reviewing social media posts and responding within the agreed first response timeline.

Monitoring customers' engagement and feedback on every post.

Creating/personalising written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at

prompting customers to take action.

Optimising content for different platforms.

Collaborating with various teams to resolve queries/concerns and to contain viral posts

Monitoring social media metrics.

 

Skills and Experience

Minimum 6 Months experience of social media engagement experience

A keen eye for details and resolution orientation

Problem-solving skills

Strong written communication skills with a deep understanding of grammar nuances

Editing and proofreading skills

Customer orientation with the ability to multitask

 

Skillset

  • Excellent comms in English - No MTI or RTI issue, grammatical or pronunciation errors.
  • Strong written communication skills with a deep understanding of grammar nuances
  • Editing and proofreading skills

Qualification

Should be Graduate from any field

Experience

Minimum 6 Months 0f experience in Social media management/engagement experience & Customer support exp will be preferred with it

Salary

28000 ctc

 

Shift

Day (9am - 6pm)

6 Days Working

1 Rotational weekoff

Location

Bengaluru, Karnataka

 

Relocations Bonus

One time Relocation Bonus to all WFO candidates as INR 4000 for candidates relocating to Bengaluru and are eligible only if out of 100km radius from Bengaluru. To pe paid after Training as one-time payment

 

Cab Facility

Cab with Home pick and drop available within Bengaluru within 35km radius from Office
