Position Title - Motion Graphics Designer Location: Bangalore (relocation candidates are ok)   Candidates from Advertising Agencies, Edtech Companies Can Apply   Position Summary: The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.   Position Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Proven graphic designing experience. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop). A keen eye for aesthetics and details.  Excellent communication skills. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.   Position Education and Experience (required and preferred):  A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.  5-6 Years of experience as a motion graphic designer or in a related field.   CTC: Upto 25LPA    Position Requirements: Strong portfolio of your work. Proficiency with tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, Adobe, and Illustrator. After Effects and Cinema 4D. A strong eye for visual composition. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Able to give and receive constructive criticism. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design. Must have designed and created short and long videos for social media platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.     Position Responsibilities: Create video assets and digital content. Develop innovative solutions using motion graphics. Convert media messages into motion graphics. Create graphic templates for other team members and client teams to use for content creation. Promote the brand and follow brand guidelines for all content creators. Develop a design plan with concepts and a layout for projects Include video effects and edit raw video files. Help create storyboards for shooting and editing video. Resolve technical issues editors may have with motion graphics. Other duties, as assigned.
