Job Description
- 1. Qualification Should be B.Sc / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry. 2. Experience should be min. 01 year. 3. Basic Knowledge of Computer (Word, Excel). 4. Basic information of internet usage. 5. Support to QA Team in Audit. 6. Quality Works complines ISO -13485, BIS, GMP, CE & SOP Works. 7. Maintain COA for every supply. 8. Make a product batch size as per manufacturing and finalize the product stickers. 9. Check the quality of all product at manufacturing / assembling process. 10. Analysis Report for Product quality & Maintenance & update About to action. 11. Sampling, testing and report filling of starting material (packing material) as per standard Operating procedure. 12. Handling and using of equipments such as bursting strength tester, weighing balance, vacuum oven, incubator, vernier caliper, micrometer etc. 13. Analysis and monitoring of QC equipments and area temperature. 14. Handling over of Biohazard, Non-hazard and sharp waste to external agency. 15. Checking all the QC parameters as per sop. 16. Product Quality Checking. 17. Analyzing problems and reporting 18. Good Communication Skills 19. Rectifying Problem & providing Solution. 20. Quality Testing Experience. 21. Tender & Gem Order Supply product should be current manufacturing date & expiry and MRP As per tender instruction (confirm every time). 22. Product Sticker details: product name & code, sizes, batch no, mfg & expiry date, mrp, 1 unit- included all the taxes, non-sterile, company full details, cc number and mfg no, mail id, instruction logo.
