Job Location: Jalandhar, Punjab Brief Summary: The Project/Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations by managing communication, tracking orders and dispatch reports, and coordinating tasks between our US and India teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot. About the roles and Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the US and India teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Monitor and track order processing, dispatch reports, and delivery timelines. Use advanced Excel and PowerPoint to create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and team reviews. Manage tasks and projects to ensure alignment with deadlines and deliverables. Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to track customer interactions, sales progress, and data accuracy. Regularly update HubSpot records and use the platform to streamline communication and workflows. Maintain a comprehensive deals tracker to monitor the status and progress of ongoing and potential deals. Ensure alignment between internal teams and customer expectations for timely deal closure. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to sales operations and customer orders. Provide administrative support for sales-related activities, including preparing reports and maintaining accurate records. Skills and experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, Project management, sales operations, or a similar role. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse teams. Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot. Concept clarity of managing Key Accounts would be an added advantage. Strong project management and task management skills with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,
