1. BSEE or BS Computer Science/Math, or equivalent
2. 2-5years of professional experience in VMware/ Linux Device Driver development
3. Demonstrate an understanding of hardware/software interface issues and understanding of hardware system designs
4. Proficiency in C
5. Experience with full software lifecycle: specification, design, implementation, integration, debug, and maintenance
6. Experience with RAID storage management software
7. Familiar with storage protocols such as SCSI, Fibre Channel, SAS/SATA
