About the Role: This position focuses on implementing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions tailored to manufacturing industry requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of Odoo into our business processes, with an emphasis on modules like Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Procurement, and more. Key Responsibilities Include: Analyzing and documenting business requirements specific to manufacturing operations. Configuring and deploying Odoo modules, especially within the manufacturing and supply chain domains. Mapping manufacturing workflows to Odoo functionalities and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, to ensure successful implementation. Providing training and support to users, ensuring the effective use of Odoo systems. Continuously optimizing Odoo solutions to align with the evolving needs of the manufacturing sector. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 2-5 years as an Odoo Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry. Skills: In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules like Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, and Sales, along with ERP implementation experience. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach. Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
