What the role requires

• 2 years of experience of Secretarial activities - Associate Membership from ICSI
• Compliance and Governance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Corporate Laws Experience in Listing Compliances
• Handling Audit Requirements including
• Internal and External Audits
• Assisting in Convening and attending meetings of the Board and its Committees
• You willbuild relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
• Compliance of the Corporate and Allied Laws
• Assisting in Convening and attending meetings of the Board and its Committees
• Filing of Various Forms, Returns and documents as required under HFC
• Master Directions, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws with Regulatory Authorities
• Preparation of Agenda and Minutes of the Meetings of Members, Board and its Committees
• Monitoring Changes in relevant legislations and the regulatory environment Liaising with RTA and other ancillary organizations
