Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• As a core member of our development team, you will design and develop new product ideas and features from conception to final implementation that improve business operations and manage the complexity inherent in technological upgrades and changes.
• You should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end application development, frameworks, third-party products, tools, and libraries using modern technology stack.
• Develop and deliver complex Single-Page Applications (SPA) that make use of Micro Frontends and Services developed using HTML5, CSS, React, Node and/or TypeScript, AWS and/or Azure.
• Build and maintain complex DevOps pipelines, including build automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, security, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Integrate product ideas, features, and solutions with industry leading CCaaS platforms like Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex, Microsoft DCCP, Google CCAI, Genesys Cloud and other third-party applications and systems.
• Analyzing complex project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving discovery, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
• Contributing to building a reliable, flexible, and extensible set of shared services, APIs, and operational tools.
• Work with sales, product, and operations teams to build solutions that are well-planned and delivered on time.

Qualifications: 

• Product development experience building large-scale web applications.
• Professional level understanding of web front-end and back-end, languages, and technologies such as React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, HTML5, AWS and/or Azure)
• Expertise in building micro frontends, micro services, cloud native applications, and containerization technologies.
• Expertise in development of RESTful APIs and SOAP services using message formats such as JSON or XML.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, using Kubernetes, OpenShift, and AWS/Azure.
• Experience working on Linux based infrastructure with good command over any scripting language such as PowerShell, Python, Ruby, etc.
• Expertise in designing frameworks for automation, performance, load, security, logging, monitoring, and alerts.
• Actively participate in Design, Code review, Backlog grooming, Agile ceremonies, and work with peers to meet team's sprint commitments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly.

      Nice to have:

• Eperience designing and deploying CCaaS solutions on Amazon Connect / Twilio Flex / Google CCAI / Genesys / Avaya / Nice / Five9 or any other industry leading platform.
• Familiarity with IVR/IVA call flows, digital channels including email/chat/SMS/social/AI, reporting, workforce management, and analytics by leveraging APIs and integrations
