Job Title: Program Manager Finance Projects Responsibilities: Lead and manage the execution of multiple finance projects including AP, AR, Cash Applications, Collections, and Chargeback processes. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between finance, IT, operations, and other relevant stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, and roadblocks, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines. Ensure all finance-related projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate with process owners to define project goals, scope, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement best practices for process optimization and automation within AP, AR, Cash Applications, Collections, and Chargebacks. Analyze financial processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all projects are compliant with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Oversee the management of resources, ensuring proper allocation and utilization. Drive change management efforts related to system implementations or process changes, ensuring smooth transitions. Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure proper system integration and alignment with business needs. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) managing finance-related projects, with a focus on AP, AR, Cash Applications, Collections, and Chargebacks. Strong understanding of finance processes, workflows, and best practices. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage timelines, and resources effectively. Experience with change management, process improvements, and systems implementation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and finance automation tools. Advanced degree or additional certifications in project management or finance-related fields is a plus.
