Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Software Development to manage and guide a team of developers in building secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in React, eCommerce development, and server-related security, along with the leadership skills to drive projects and mentor a growing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support in the design and development of web applications. Oversee the development of eCommerce platforms using React and ensure they are optimized for performance, security, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features. Ensure the implementation of secure coding practices and maintain strong security standards across the application stack. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Architect scalable and robust server-side solutions, addressing security challenges and ensuring data protection. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to security, performance, and application functionality. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them where relevant to enhance product offerings. Key Requirements: Proven experience in leading development teams, with a strong background in eCommerce development. Expertise in React.js and modern front-end technologies. Strong knowledge of server security practices, including secure API development, authentication, encryption, and vulnerability management. Hands-on experience with server-side development and architecture (Node.js, Express, etc.). Familiarity with database management, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and data security. Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in handling security audits and penetration testing. Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native applications. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Previous experience in eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Familiarity with performance optimization tools and techniques.
