Job Description
- Supervise and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Revenue accounting, receivables and collections follow up and accounting, reconciliation and reporting.
- Month-end book closing including accruals, journal entries, BRS, account reconciliations, P&L & Balance Sheet.
- Ability to check GST & TDS calculations in bills/ Invoices and its reconciliation.
- Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis reports, Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies, Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external Auditor.
- Provide financial guidance to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
