Oracle BRM Developer @ NuStar Technologies

Job Description

•   6 to 10 years of design & implementation experience in Oracle Billing Revenue Management System (Oracle BRM).
•   Experience in writing custom policy opcodes and MTA Applications to meet the Customer specific requirements.
•   Experience in designing complex price plans using Pricing Design Center (PDC)
•   Good hands-on experience in Pipeline rating engine and related configurations.
•   Experience in at least three of the following BRM product areas Subscription management, Rating & Discounting, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & AR, GL, Third party integration.
•   Good in programming using C, Java and scripts using perl and shell
•   Creating High-Level and Low-Level design for BRM modules
•   Providing resolution to critical production issues. 
•   Experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance.
•   Experience with change and release management.
•   Experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills
