Job Description

Hotel Operations Support Executive Location: Mumbai Department: Hotel Operations Reports to: Head of Hotel Operations Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Getting hotel confirmation numbers from suppliers and hotels. Checking all booking details to ensure booking is confirmed on all parameters. Auditing of bookings and completing booking reconciliations. Coordination regards hotel confirmation with travel agents/ internal staff. Handle email communication with travel agents/ suppliers/ internal staff Thorough understanding of the portal for the hotel product and ancillary services. Provide best-in-class quantitative and qualitative service. Other potential work engagements as decided by the Company. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is desirable. Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry (1-2 years preferred).
