Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Position would involve driving collections activity in more than 1 branch, clubbed as a cluster
• He would be responsible to visit the branches as per the required frequency and handle Location collection Managers/collections Managers for the branches in the cluster.
• MIS for all branches, Operating review guides (ORGs) to be maintained and sent to Management.
• To drive KRA- important collection parameters for these branches.
• Audit processes and compliance to be maintained and driven with LCMs and other team for branches in cluster
• Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Multiple branches handling experience is required
