  • To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provide
  • To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within business sectors
  • To convert the calls to new business leads
  • To inform the potential clients of the company's products and services
  • A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM and Social Networking (LinkedIn)
  • Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision-makers to begin the sales process.

Required Skills :-

  • Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in Selling via Phone successfully
  • Experience of working as a Customer Services Representative or Call Center Representative
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tele- calling experience also mandatory.
