Roles and Responsibilities

Understand the policies and procedures

• Follow the SOP
• Achieving the daily production and quality targets
• Managing time

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should be a graduate
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Understanding of US Healthcare
• Understanding of RCM Workflow
• Understanding of different payor plans, patient responsibilities
• Experience in insurance calling
