Job Description

:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive (Generalist) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of various HR functions. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR activities and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate and participate in the interview process with the hiring team.
Conduct reference checks and assist in the negotiation of employment offers.


Onboarding and Offboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Conduct exit interviews and provide support during the offboarding process.


Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Assist in the resolution of employee issues, conflicts, and grievances.
Promote positive employee relations and foster a productive work environment.


Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating timelines and providing necessary documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.


HR Policies and Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with labor laws and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and recommend improvements when necessary.


HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave.
Prepare HR-related reports and analytics as required.
Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1-2 years in an HR Generalist role or similar capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
