Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective patient care. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures as required. Manage medical equipment and supplies efficiently. Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support as needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs. Support patients in daily activities to enhance their mobility and independence. Administer immunizations and preventive care as established by protocols. Address patient concerns and provide counseling when necessary. Stay informed on new nursing practices and healthcare advancements. Required Qualifications Registered Nurse with GNM or B.Sc. nursing degree. Current nursing license in Uttar Pradesh. Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred. Strong understanding of nursing care standards and regulations. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Knowledge of patient safety and infection control practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer literacy and electronic health records. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Empathy and compassion towards patients. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuing professional development and training. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Willingness to perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
