Job description JJob Title: Staff Nurse (ICU Experienced)Company: Mango HealthLocation: ChandigarhVacancies: 3 Job Description: Mango Health is seeking dedicated and skilled ICU Nurses with 3-4 years of ICU experience to join our home healthcare team in Chandigarh. This role requires nurses to provide high-quality patient care in a home setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities: Provide critical care nursing in a home healthcare environment. Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions, including ventilator care, tracheostomy care, and post-surgical recovery. Administer medications, IV fluids, and other necessary treatments as per physician orders. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Educate and support family members on patient care. Work in 12 to 24-hour shifts, ensuring continuous and compassionate care. Requirements: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with a valid nursing license. 3-4 years of ICU experience is mandatory. Willingness to work in a home healthcare setting. Ability to work long shifts (12-24 hours) as required. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and compassionate care approach.
