- We seek a talented, experienced Continental Chef to lead our kitchen and create exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of culinary techniques, and be able to inspire and motivate a team. Key Responsibilities: Menu Development: Create and develop innovative, seasonal continental menus showcasing your culinary expertise. Kitchen Management: Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and sanitation. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support. Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Cost Control: Manage food costs and inventory efficiently to maximize profitability. Qualifications and Skills: Culinary Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Continental Chef in a high-volume restaurant. Technical Skills: Strong command of classical French and European cooking techniques. Creativity: Ability to develop innovative and creative dishes. Leadership: Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team. Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Additional Requirements: Passion for Food: A genuine passion for food and a commitment to excellence.
