- Job Vacancy: Director of Local Company Division (New Delhi, India) Company Overview: We are an international trading and logistics company expanding our presence in India. Our New Delhi branch will serve as a key logistics hub for export and re-export operations, facilitating the movement of a diverse range of goods across global markets. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to establish and lead our local division. Key Responsibilities: Set up and formalize the companys operations in New Delhi, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international trade standards. Organize and oversee the daily operational activities of accountants, operations staff, and logistics specialists. Develop and manage a logistics hub handling transit shipments at airports and seaports. Ensure smooth execution of international trade and supply chain processes. Implement corporate policies and uphold business standards in line with European and American best practices. Develop strategic relationships with local and international partners to enhance operational efficiency and business growth. Monitor financial transactions and oversee basic accounting processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. Lead, mentor, and manage a team, fostering a productive and efficient work environment. Requirements: Proven experience working within European or American corporate cultures, with the ability to adhere to established business standards. Extensive experience in international logistics and supply chain management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, business documentation, and international transactions. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle complex logistics challenges, and ensure seamless trade operations. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
