Job Title: Sales Advisor Location: Cheenai Airport Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Greet and engage customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a luxury experience from entry to purchase. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the brands product portfolio, heritage, and seasonal collections to confidently advise and assist clients. Client Advisory: Offer tailored recommendations based on client preferences, lifestyle, and occasion needs, ensuring an elevated level of service. Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups, special invitations, and personalized service. Sales Achievement: Contribute to boutique sales targets by driving sales through exceptional service and product storytelling. Visual Merchandising: Support visual merchandising standards to maintain a beautiful and inspiring boutique environment. Operations Support: Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and general boutique operations as required. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail (preferred personal care ) High school diploma required ( 12th Stand ) Rent agreement is mandatory for non resident of Chennai Documents Needed: White background photo soft and 8 hard copies Rental agreement with Notary seal and sign Surrender certificate for the AEP( incase staff is already worked in the airport) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person,
