Stabilize patients until they can be transferred to a higher-level facility, if necessary. 8. Administrative Support Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Ensure smooth communication between medical staff and patients. Assist in maintaining the medical supplies inventory, ensuring essential items are stocked. 9. Team Collaboration Work closely with doctors, senior nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care. Attend team meetings and contribute to patient care planning and discussions. 10. Emotional Support Offer emotional support to patients and families, especially in difficult situations like serious illnesses, childbirth, or end-of-life care. 11.
