Walk-in drive for freshly qualified Chartered Accountants from July 6, 2023 to July 31, 2023, across locations at the Mumbai / Pune / Gurugram / Bangalore offices of Nexdigm (formerly SKP)

International Tax
- Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
- Location: Mumbai
- Job Profile:
- Independently handling international tax (cross border tax issues involving tax treaties) assignments including
- Expatriate tax planning and compliance
- With-holding tax advisory and certification
- Structuring of inbound and outbound investments
- FEMA advisory and compliance
- Representation before tax authorities
- Advice to Corporate on taxation matters
- Independent Client interface, liaison and relationship
Business Tax
- Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
- Location: Mumbai
- Job Profile:
- Providing holistic tax solutions to Client tax issues considering domestic tax and international tax
- Provide tax risk analysis pro-actively on transactions planned by Clients
- Manage all tax compliances relating to a portfolio of Clients
- Working with Direct Tax law and Tax Treaty provisions
- Handling scrutiny assessment proceedings and other departmental matters for Domestic and Foreign Companies
- Expatriate tax planning & compliance
- Independently / jointly handling International tax assignments
- Handling Certifications required for foreign payments/remittances
- Client liaison
- Research on aspects/issues arising on Domestic as well as International Tax
- Appearing for assessments for domestic as well as foreign clients before the I-Tax officer
- Preparing details/submissions for re-assessment & scrutiny assessment cases
- Handle consultation for TDS matters including applicability issuance of certificates and preparing TDS returns in various forms.
- Preparation, review, and filing of E-TDS returns.
- Preparation and computation of Wealth Tax.
- Preparing proposals
- Monitoring billing and recovery of clients
Indirect Tax
- Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
- Location: Mumbai / Gurugram
- Job Profile:
- Handling GST advisory and upcoming compliances with/without the help of ASPs and GSPs
- Handling routine compliances and advisory work under Service Tax, Excise, and VAT which includes:
- Computation and Making payment of the above taxes on a timely basis
- Review of workings prepared by the client
- Applying for registrations, amendments, etc
- Filing returns
- Drafting replies to routine indirect tax queries
- VAT Audits and Departmental audits
- Assessments and appeals
- Regularly updating technical knowledge. Updated on GST rules, GST Act, and GSTN procedures.
Statutory Audit
- Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
- Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Gurugram
- Job Profile:
- Execution of statutory audit assignments independently
- Execution /assist the on-site team in the execution of audit of statutory audit, tax audit and audit for group reporting assignments independently
- Able to understand and execute the instructions of OAT and seniors in the Shared Service Centre
- Being a SPOC for the client/ Onsite Audit Team (OAT)
- Co-ordination with SKP cross-service teams (IDT, Tax, C Law, TP, etc.) for assignments
- Ownership of clients like CSS, billing, recovery, etc.
Internal Audit/Risk Advisory:
- Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
- Location: Pune
- Job Profile:
- Develop audit plans & RCM
- Design internal audit processes
- Draft internal audit reports
- Independently executing assignments and managing team deployed on assignments.
- Identify, assess, and monitor risks by developing a risk management plan and strategy.
- Constantly monitor engagement progress, manage risk, and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Financial Due Diligence
- Years of experience: 0 to 2 years
- Location: Mumbai
- Job Profile:
- Lead the financial due diligence engagement along with Manager and make sure that the Quality and timelines anticipated are adhered to by the team
- Document and report review, analysis, and internal report creation. To analyze the financial results of companies and develop a good understanding of the business model.
- To keep all information obtained during the due diligence process. Do lease, operational, and underwriting financial reviews/audits, if required. Generate ideas and share them within the team.
- To write strong reports on the findings noted during the diligence process
- To lead M&A mandates and transactions with end-to-end advisory
- Constructing teasers, Pitch books, and Information Memorandum for the clients
- Devising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and groupings of companies that might be viable business targets for clients
- Managing the implementation of an M&A proposition
