Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and the software testing lifecycle (STL). If you have a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards and working in an Agile/Scrum environment, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Perform both manual and automated testing of software applications. Create, update, and execute detailed test cases and test protocols. Report defects in a defect tracking system and verify fixes. Develop automated test scripts where necessary. Maintain and expand knowledge of SDLC and STL, leveraging industry-standard tools like JIRA, JAMA, and GitHub. Collaborate within an Agile Scrum Team to ensure high-quality deliverables. Cultivate a quality-focused mindset and follow best practices for thorough testing and documentation. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing. Strong experience in manual testing; test automation experience is a plus. Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation (test plans, test cases, defect reports, verification reports, etc.). ISTQB Certification is a plus but not required.
