At Nokia Digital Office Infrastructure, we set up, maintain and optimize Nokia s enterprise computing and networking capabilities; we administer and continuously advance our Digital Workplace; and we grant IT support to a global community of end-users. What you will learn and contribute to

As System Administrator - ServiceNow you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and usability of the Nokia Now Platform. You will be part of our IT Service Management team within Digital Office Infrastructure. We operate the Nokia Now Platform which is at the core of many IT service management processes within Nokia and also hosts digital workflow applications. It serves Nokia s entire workforce and is based on the ServiceNow platform.

As part of our team, you will:

• Perform operation and maintenance tasks for Nokia Now Platform and applications
• Manage support for incidents and requests related to Nokia Now Platform and applications
• Contribute to software releases by developing user stories

Your skills and experience

You have:

• > 3 Years of hands on experience with ServiceNow and service management (ITIL in general) within client environments
• Javascript programming experience
• Problem-solving skills
• A technical mind
• An organised mind
• Attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform

It would be nice if you also had:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized university
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow System Administration Advanced
