About the team

Service Design and Compliance team supports and guides projects and operational teams to identify and complete the activities and deliverables required to achieve an appropriate level of IT Operational Readiness to allow the smooth transition of IT services into operational use and support.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing effective support to the compliance function, assisting with the different annual compliance audits and Risk Assessments.
  • Collecting evidence required for the different annual audits/assessments.
  • Supporting, developing compliance frameworks, policies, and regulatory projects.
  • Assisting with the coordination and maintenance of the risk registers.
  • Working in close partnership with the Service Design team and Operations to ensure full operability and compliance of services and applications.
  • Ensure vulnerabilities are managed regularly across all EDA asset

What you bring:

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data is correctly captured and consolidated.
  • Good working knowledge of the current regulatory environment
  • Experience with ITSM tools, preferable Servicenow.
  • Experience/knowledge of SAFe
  • Experience dealing with Internal and/or PCI audits.
  • Flexibility and resilience to adapt to conflicting requirements in an ever transforming and changing business environment. Able to respond at pace to requests in line with internal policy, ensuring that issues are prioritized and escalated to appropriate departments/teams for necessary action to take place.
  • Analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills, strong attention to detail, and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, and complete root cause analyses.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and team player skills.
  • Self-starter and solutions orientated.
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks within a high-pressured environment, including working to tight deadline.
  • Ability to build trust by operating with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to find pragmatic compliant solutions to business queries.
  • Have a broad understanding of current and emerging technologies and be able to identify component parts of detailed technical solutions on their own or as part of the team.

Added Bonus:

  • Prior experience working in a highly analytical role in a legal, compliance, risk management or operations team is a strong plus.
  • Appropriate industry / regulatory qualification (or working towards it) preferred but not essential.
