Unit CTO for Utilities Domain

Job Location: Mumbai/Pune
Responsibility:-
Ownership of architecture and high-end technology deliverables both functional and non-functional
SOS support for technology issues in deliveries
Technology Review and Governance for key strategic projects/accounts
High-end advisory/consulting for long term transformation roadmap
Own & drive investments in technology (software build vs. buy) and intelligent automation initiatives (RPA, ML, AI) to scale our business, manage and report risk, and increase
productivity by digitizing operations
Own technology solution for multi-service line engagements
Proactive proposals working with strategic accounts
Industrialize incubated capabilities by centralized CTO office
Growing and nurturing tech talent through coaching. Mentoring and enablement.
Develop technical artifacts based on LTIMs strategy to ensure alignment with DUs business goals.
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage in the area of DUs domain.
Communicate technology strategy to delivery partners and business stakeholders.
Engages external business and industry experts to learn and influence business strategies, constantly remaining alert and forward-thinking about opportunities and risks in the industry.
Representation at key industry conference

Skills:
Accomplished leader with a strong background in technology, risk assessment and in-depth knowledge of Utilities domain (Electricity, Water etc.),
preferably working as a Lead Technology Partner or a Managing Principal in Utilities domain.
Adept at influencing innovation with customers, superior analytical and quantitative skills and a strong product management acumen.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills, critical thinking and an executive presence to engage with decision makers
Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high performing teams and be customer obsessed.
Demonstrate adroitness and have a foresight point of view on emergent technology and Utilities domain intersects covering Data Science, Industrial
Automation, RPA, IOT, Digital Engineering
Can demonstrate thought leadership in Utilities domain
Extremely comfortable with being able to deal with ambiguity and propel teams for solutions for digital transformation, innovation and modernization
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Leadership and organizational abilities.
