- Hiring Content Developers to join our team at P Square Solutions (part of Neology Inc - www.neology.com) Number of Open Positions - 3 Experience - 3 to 5 years Job Type - Full time Industry - IT Product & Services and IT Consulting Employment Type - Full-time Work Location - Smart City, Kochi, Kerala Shift timing based on projects typically day/evening shift Salary best in the industry with excellent benefits Preferred candidates - immediate joiners JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a content developer to produce high-quality end-user and design documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products and services. You will join a team of talented technical people, senior quality architects, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use, through your technical writing process. The ideal candidate will be working with various teams to create, develop, and manage content. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) and researching knowledge base to create clear and concise content for target audience and to align with the project requirements. Capable of analyzing and synthesizing technical information. Create structured and formatted content for readability. Multimedia Development: Create or coordinate with SMEs the production of multimedia content (images, videos, infographics, etc.) to complement written content. Content Editing and Proofing: Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and consistent with companys style guidelines. Content Management: Maintain and update content across various documents to ensuring content is current and relevant. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and QA, to ensure content aligns with broader company goals. Required Skills 1. Good writing and editing skills with proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and style. 2. Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. 3. Adapting to feedback and improving documentation. 4. Seeking input and feedback from SMEs and team members. 5. Familiarity with documentation tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Markdown editors. 6. Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like Confluence, SharePoint, or Drupal. 7. Exposure to graphic and diagramming tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Lucid chart). 8. Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly. 9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 10. Identifying gaps in documentation and proactively resolving them. Desired Skills 1. Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus. 2. Basic understanding of the domain (e.g., Transportation, Engineering, Toll Domain) and familiarity with technical terminology and concepts of Toll Domain. 3. . Understanding Software Interface and architectural documentation basics 4. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.,
