Job Description
- 1. To plan check-ins and connect with customers proactively Manage the pre-arrival and client stay plan Inform front desk and team about client requirement Action any complaint, feedback before they leave 2. Lead, plan and customise the experience A2A (Airport to Airport). Design and execute the process. 3. To understand each customers preferences including food, ambience and align the staff and services (BTTR best time to call, HK, dinner time etc.) 4. To ensure all site operations are coordinated to ensure guest experience 5. Build Hospitality as a culture which is beyond service. 6. Ensure coordination with Social Media team for regular updates/customer testimonials etc. 7. Ensure all staff is trained and aligned to customer service attitude 8. To demonstrate flexibility in work durations. 9. To use the hotel resources to maximize guests satisfaction & optimize revenues. 10. To upsell experiences, represent the hotel in the market place and develop relationships with accounts. 11. To note, acknowledge and record and analyse customer feedback. 12. To close all customer complaints amicably to ensure client experience and company policy adherence. 13. To provide management with regular reports on the business operations 14. To ensure overall safety and security of all the staff and guests. 15. To track guest complaints and analyse the root cause and share, take action 16.
