Online Bidder Responsibilities and Duties Generating business leads through online freelancing portal likes Upwork, Guru, PPH, freelancer, etc. Online bidding for IT and Digital Services. Handling projects and coordinating with the team Responsible for Online Bidding, Follow-Ups, Competition Analysis, Discussion with Offshore Clients. Following Up Clients Continuously and Responding to Client Inquiries. Proposal Writing, and Requirement Gathering. Managing Cost & Time Negotiations with the clients and successfully converting Leads. Achieving Business Targets. Qualifications and Skills Must have good communication and writing skills. Must be able to work in a team or independently. Experience in proposal writing Practical knowledge of bidding portals like - Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, etc. Must have experience in Lead conversion and client chat.
