Job Description
- Bees Kitchen is expanding, and we are looking for a highly skilled Chinese Chef with expertise in preparing a variety of Chinese dishes, momos & baos. If you are passionate about creating authentic and innovative dishes while maintaining high culinary standards, we want to hear from you! Key Requirements: Expertise in making different types of momos, baos, and Chinese dishes. Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Chinese cuisine. Ability to create and execute diverse menus with a focus on flavors, textures, and presentation. Experience in handling kitchen operations, hygiene, and quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory): Experience in Asian cuisine beyond Chinese (Japanese, Korean, Thai, etc.). Knowledge of fusion cooking and innovative menu development. Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff. Educational & Language Requirements: Well-educated with excellent reading and writing skills. Fluent in English strong communication skills are a top priority. Cooking expertise is valued, but the ability to communicate effectively in English is even more critical.
