- "Empowering Brands with Insight-Driven Strategies." Job Description: Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist in developing and executing long-term and short-term strategic plans aligned with business objectives. Identify new market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for business expansion. Support leadership in creating business cases for new product launches, category expansions, and operational improvements. Effective and impactful interaction with external parties (Project YODA) Leverage external resources for efficient output (Consultants, agencies, vendors) Navigate them through the internal system effectively to ensure maximum productivity Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly gather and analyze business performance data from various functions Identify trends and provide actionable insights Create reports and dashboards to track performance Problem-solving and process improvement: Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend actionable improvements Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive initiatives to mitigate these Anchoring Continuous Business Improvement and Driving NPD Strategy Set up and run effective PMO which runs across brands and business Redefine the NPD process to drive innovation and anchor the processes across cross-functional teams. M&A Analysis: Perform market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and synergies between acquiring and target companies. formulating strategic recommendations for informed decision-making in the M&A process Analyze potential targets that come for discussions to assess their fit with the company's strategy. PMO & Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring smooth execution of key strategic initiatives across multiple functions. Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective stakeholder management. Define project objectives, timelines, key milestones, and performance indicators while tracking execution against goals. Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure project deliverables are met within the defined scope, time, and budget. Education & Skill Sets Required: Top-tier engineering college or premium MBA institute. Minimum 1-2 years in a corporate strategy team 1-2 years Management/Strategy consulting experience Prior experience in managing crucial projects, analysing industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex data sets Stellar problem-solving and logical thinking skills Strong communication and articulation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project etc.),
