Our company website is www.manoramagroup.co.in. Job Overview We're seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor for a full-time, mid-level position, based in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience in construction management, site supervision, and quality control. This role is central to ensuring our ongoing projects meet all safety and quality standards while maintaining smooth operations on-site. Qualifications And Skills Construction management experience (Mandatory skill) with a minimum of 4 years. Proven ability in site supervision (Mandatory skill). Expertise in quality control (Mandatory skill) processes and standards. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in team leadership with the ability to manage and motivate project teams. Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear instructions and reporting. Understanding and implementation of safety regulations to ensure workplace safety. Roles And Responsibilities Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project efficiency. Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure all work is up to standard. Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment. Manage and resolve any project-related issues that arise, using problem-solving skills. Review and interpret construction blueprints and specifications to provide accurate guidance to the team. Communicate effectively with teams to ensure clarity of tasks and objectives. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and update them about on-site activities.,
