Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Developer with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully functional. Key Responsibilities: Website Development & Maintenance Develop, test, and maintain dynamic websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.Ensure websites are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.Work closely with the design team to translate design concepts into functional websites. Front-End Development Build and implement custom front-end elements and user interfaces.Ensure seamless integration with back-end services and APIs. Back-End Development Assist in server-side development and databases for dynamic functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve any back-end issues and website errors.Optimize websites for maximum speed, performance, and SEO.Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure high functionality and user experience.Work closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to develop innovative digital solutions.Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for improving user experience and website performance.Manage and customize CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) for client websites.Qualifications & Requirements: Website Optimization & Testing Collaboration & Innovation Content Management Systems (CMS) Experience: 1 year in website development or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Knowledge of frameworks like React or Angular is a plus. Software Skills: Familiarity with website development tools (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, etc.) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Creativity: Strong understanding of web design principles, UI/UX, and user-centered design. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to development challenges. Portfolio: A strong web development portfolio showcasing previous websites or projects is required. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices. Familiarity with web hosting, DNS settings, and website deployment. Understanding of responsive web design techniques. Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
