Tele callers play a crucial role in direct marketing and customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Making proactive calls to potential customers or clients to generate leads, promote products or services, and ultimately secure sales. Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls from customers or clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calling or other methods to create a pipeline for sales opportunities. Customer Service: Providing assistance, information, and support to existing customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Data Entry: Recording and updating customer information, feedback, and details of interactions in the company's database or CRM system.
