Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registrar in General Surgery located in Thiruvananthapuram . The Registrar will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, managing pre-and post-operative care, conducting patient rounds, and maintaining detailed patient records. Additional duties include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in clinical meetings, and ensuring adherence to patient safety and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in performing surgical procedures and managing perioperative care Strong ability to maintain detailed patient records and documentation Excellent coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards Registered Medical Practitioner with a recognized qualification in General Surgery Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment Willingness to engage in continuous medical education and training,
