    Location: Noida, India Shift: Night Shift (Graveyard) Department: Call Center Operations Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 32,000 per month + Uncapped Incentives About the Role We are hiring Customer Service / Technical Support Representatives for our outbound B2C process in Noida. This role requires handling customer interactions, troubleshooting issues, and driving engagement while working in a fast-paced night shift (graveyard hours) environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to B2C customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting relevant services. Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer/technical support via phone, email, and chat. Address customer queries, concerns, and technical issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data integrity. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer concerns are fully addressed. Stay updated on product/service changes through training sessions. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets for quality, response time, and customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria For Technical Support Role: B.Tech degree (any specialization). Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role. For Non-Technical Customer Support Role: Graduate (any stream). Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, sales, or outbound calling. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Typing speed of at least 20-25 WPM. Familiarity with call center operations, CRM tools, or troubleshooting processes (preferred for tech roles). Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities for outbound B2C calls. Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work with minimal supervision. Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude. Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a rotational night shift (graveyard shift).
