- Company Description we suggest you enter details here Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance and Accounting at Syama Denims in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, implementing financial policies, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization. Qualifications Educational qualification Required: Qualified Chartered accountant preferred (However Bachelors/ Masters in Commerce with suitable industry work experience can be considered) Minimum 6-8 years of industry experience required (preferably in textile or any other manufacturing industry) Job description :- 1. Good Knowledge of GST, Income Tax Companies Act and other relevant statutory procedures. 2. Filling of GST returns, TDS returns and other various returns under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act 3. Coordinatation and knowledge of Bank Audit, statutory audit and internal Audit. 4. Can produce & scrutinize various MIS & accounting reports. 5. Having knowledge for export documentation- LC , EPCG, MEIS. 6. Willing to work on various govt industrial subsidy process & documentation and presenting the required documents for this to the govt department. 7. Ensuring all accounting compliance with the team. 8. Liaisoning with the bank and other borrowing agencies for corporate funding needs and negotiating with them for a better deal for the company. 9. Coordination with various rating agencies for external rating. 10. Other activities inter alia related to company finance and accounts.
