- Job Title: Area Sales Manager Pharmaceutical Location: Lucknow Reports To: Regional Sales Manager Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and manage a team of medical representatives in the Lucknow region. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and be skilled at driving sales, meeting targets, and ensuring the performance of the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets for the assigned area and ensure consistent revenue growth. Monitor and supervise the performance of medical representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market share. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key accounts, and distributors. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor activity reviews. Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and company policies. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management. Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with a focus on managing medical representatives. Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and product portfolio. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Ability to meet sales targets and drive results. Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
