Job Description: Join us as a Customer Care Executive at Leading Bank . Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver outstanding service to our existing customers.
Key Details:
For the first six months, candidates will be on the payroll of Calibehr.
After six months, candidates who perform well will be transitioned to the Leading Bank payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via inbound calls.
Address and resolve customer issues with efficiency and professionalism.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Requirements:
Graduates only (BE and B.Tech graduates are not eligible).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling or similar roles.
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
