Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated US Trucking Insurance Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting trucking businesses with CDL Class A requirements, truck insurance policies, and DOT compliance while ensuring seamless insurance coverage tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: Insurance Sales & Consulting: Assess clients" insurance requirements and recommend customized trucking insurance solutions. Explain policy terms, coverage options, and benefits to clients. Develop and present insurance proposals to trucking businesses. Policy Management: Review and analyze existing insurance policies to ensure sufficient coverage. Assist with policy renewals, updates, and modifications. Process and manage policy applications, endorsements, and claims. Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding insurance-related inquiries. Provide expert guidance on compliance with federal and state trucking regulations. Address and resolve any policy-related issues or discrepancies. Market Research & Industry Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products. Monitor market conditions and competitor offerings to ensure competitive pricing and coverage. Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Work closely with insurance carriers to resolve claims and negotiate settlements. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions. Prepare and submit reports on insurance sales, claims, and client feedback.
