- Job Title: Telecom Operations Specialist Location: Ahmedabad Job Summary: The Telecom Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing all telecom-related activities, including SIM activation/deactivation, communication with service providers, handling user documentation, and resolving telecom issues. This role requires effective coordination with vendors, finance teams, and users to ensure smooth telecom operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. SIM Activation/Deactivation: Manage the activation and deactivation of SIM cards as per user requests. 2. Service Provider Communication: Liaise with service providers for SIM activation, providing necessary documents with authorized signatory. 3. User Communication: Communicate with users to obtain any required documents for SIM activation. 4. International Roaming and Plan Management: Handle international roaming activation, plan upgrades, data pack activation, SIM swaps, etc. 5. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve SIM/mobile-related issues such as network problems, internet slowness, call drops, and SIM damage. 6. Invoice Processing: Process invoices received from respective vendors. 7. Vendor Meetings: Conduct monthly meetings with vendors to resolve disputes and ensure smooth operations. 9. Approval and NOC: Obtain necessary approvals and provide No Objection Certificates (NOC) to users as required. 10. Number Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of mobile numbers from one entity to another in case of user transfers. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of Computer. Proven experience in telecom operations or a similar role. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good understanding of telecom regulations and compliance.
