- Role - US Engineering/Non IT Recruiter Exp - 2-6 Years Location - Hyderabad specifically in Non-IT sectors (Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharma, Medical Devices, Semiconductor). Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharma, Medical Devices, and Semiconductor industries. This role requires deep industry knowledge, exceptional networking abilities, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharma, Medical Devices, and Semiconductor sectors. Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry hiring trends. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
