Job Description
- Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP BPC Consultant/Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Implementing , configuring and maintaining SAP BPC systems, as well as providing expert advise and support to finance Team Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP BPC modules, including Financial planning , Management Reporting, and consolidation Design and develop financial planning models, reports and dashboards to meet business requirements Integrate SAP BPC with other SAP modules, such as FI/CO, BW and HANA Analze and optimize financial planning processes, identifying opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain data models, templates and scripts to support financial planning and reporting Troubleshoot and resolve system issues providing timely support to end-users Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements an deliver solutions that meets business needs Provide training and support to end users ensuring successful adoption of SAP BPC systems Stay up-to-date with SAP BPC releases, updates and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve systems and processes Requirement : 5+ years of experience with SAP BPC including Implementation, configuration and maintenance Strong Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes Experience with SAP BW and FI/CO modules Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details Excellent communication and project Management skills Ability to work with cross functional teams including finance, IT and management Nice To have: Experience with SAP HANA or other in-memory databases Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as SAP BO or Tableau Certification in SAP BPC or related areas General Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify gaps, and develop solutions to enhance functionalities. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels. Project Management: Proven experience in managing change implementation including design, configuration, testing, and post change support.
