Job Description
- Vineforce IT , is seeking a proficient Chartered Accountant to plan, establish, and manage the Firms overall tasks. Additionally, as part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our operations geographically for more than one state in India. Location: Nabha (Punjab) Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Audit and Assurance: Conduct audits, review financial statements, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Taxation: Assist with tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and stay updated on tax law changes. Corporate Finance: Help prepare budgets, support financial analysis, and assist in creating investment models. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and legal financial requirements. Consultation: Provide financial advice on business planning, mergers, and client decision-making. Management Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management and assist in reporting to stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Must have completed the CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification from a recognized body (e.g., ICAI in India). Additionally, bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting along with CA is generally preferred. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and taxation laws. Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g., Zoho Finance, Tally, Busy, SAP, Excel etc.). Knowledge of auditing procedures and methodologies. Understanding of local and international financial regulation. Desired Experience: Fresher Entry-level professionals are welcomed, and training will be provided on-the-job. Career Growth: Potential to grow into roles like Senior Accountant, Audit Manager, Tax Consultant, or Finance Manager with more experience.
