Job Description

    Must be able to come for Interview in Andheri/Vasai Joining: Immediately Location: Vasai East Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on ICU ventilators and respiratory devices. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex medical equipment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and educate healthcare professionals. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation and training as required. Role and Responsibility: Product Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of ICU ventilators and other respiratory devices to ensure they meet quality and safety standards before delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during testing. Assist R&D Team to test the software and document the test findings and prepare report. Installation and Demonstration: Coordinate and execute the installation of ICU ventilators and other respiratory devices at customer sites. Ensure all equipment is set up correctly and functions as intended. Conduct hands-on demonstrations and provide ongoing support to ensure users are confident in operating the equipment. Training: Provide in-depth training to healthcare professionals on the operation, features, and maintenance of ICU ventilators and respiratory devices. Develop and deliver customized training programs to meet the specific needs of customers. Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries related to the functionality and performance of the ventilators. Provide technical and clinical guidance and support to customers during and after installation. Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documentation. Timely and pro-actively collect clinical feedbacks from the customers. Participate in product development meetings to provide feedback and insights based on customer interactions. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in ICU ventilators and respiratory care. Share insights and knowledge with the broader team to improve overall product application and support.
